You will be in foodie heaven when you join Deb (endorsed/published author, speaker, cooking demonstrator, food safety supervisor & gluten free food service provider & consultant), & assistants Barb & Karen at The Temple Door cooking school "100% hands on classes, with your own preparation area, oven, utensils, ingredients & equipment". Nestled in the tree tops in the stunning hills of Terranora, with breath-taking views over the Tweed Valley to Mount Warning "the sleeping giant", in a beautiful, peaceful, modern Bali style atmosphere (just 12-15 mins from Gold Coast Airport) and 35 mins from Byron Bay.
We will inspire you to create dish after dish of cuisines from all around the world including our very own Australian bush tucker, using local organic ingredients.
Great cooking is not just about the recipes, it's about technique !
We will guide you step by step for 3 hours, from how to plan & prepare each dish, through to cooking, plating up & food styling tricks & tips.
We will give you skills & confidence to make you a culinary star in your own kitchen.
After you complete your cooking class, you will relax in our out door dining area with a glass of wine & enjoy each dish you have created while taking in the beautiful views of the Tweed Valley.
You will leave with a personalised certificate, recipe booklet, gained confidence in your cooking skills & memories of a great day out filled with fun & laughter !

CORPORATE EVENTS WELCOME
What do I need to bring? Nothing, We supply all ingredients, aprons, utensils and equipment for the duration of your cooking class. We do ask you to wear closed in shoes, as you will be handling knives & hot food.
Duration? 3 hours.
Cost? All classes $195.00 with the exception of our seafood class which is $250.00 AUD.
Allergies? Our kitchen is accredited with a gluten free status, we will try our very best to cater for other dietary needs with prior notice, please complete & submit the registration form .
Parking? On-site parking available.
Children? Okay if over 12 years old & serious food enthusiast, otherwise we work on case by case basis depending on maturity & willingness to learn.

Arrival time? Please arrive 5 minutes before your class, so we can complete the introductions & start cooking on time...... Please note we work on Queensland time , 10 am start........
What if I am unable to make my class? Please contact Deb preferably 48 hours before hand +61408636520 & we will endeavour to reschedule you to another class agreeable by both parties.
