Nestled in the tree tops in the stunning hills of Terranora, with breath-taking views over the Tweed Valley to Mount Warning "the sleeping giant", in a beautiful, peaceful, modern Bali style atmosphere (just 12-15 mins from Gold Coast Airport) and 35 mins from Byron Bay.
We will inspire you to create dish after dish of cuisines from all around the world including our very own Australian bush tucker, using local organic ingredients.
Great cooking is not just about the recipes, it's about technique !
We will guide you step by step for 3 hours, from how to plan & prepare each dish, through to cooking, plating up & food styling tricks & tips.
We will give you skills & confidence to make you a culinary star in your own kitchen.
After you complete your cooking class, you will relax in our out door dining area with a glass of wine & enjoy each dish you have created while taking in the beautiful views of the Tweed Valley.

Join Our Delicious Vegetarian Class ....
All our organic vegetablesand fresh herbsare sourced from local Tweed farmers and from our own garden, freshly picked the morning of your class. You will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and a glass or beer with your lunch. You will also receive a recipe booklet with the days class and extra recipes to take home and cook in your own kitchen, as well as personalised certificate and more.
